Kids, Let's Make Pie!

 During this class we will teach the kids how to make pastry from scratch and produce a Pumpkin Pie, Apple Dumplings, handheld Un Sloppy Joe's and Vanilla Cranberry Ice Cream. They will be taught how to correctly role out the dough, how to bake "blind" and how to cut and form the dough, as well as some simple decoration techniques. This is the perfect class for any youngster between the ages of 10-14 who loves to bake.
