Soldering Orientation: Battery Operated LED

In this class, you will learn how to solder electronics safely, and also about the types of solder used for electronics and how to desolder a component. Finally, you will use soldering to build a small battery-operated flashing LED kit to take after the class.

Plan Your Visit

All materials and safety equipment supplied.  Closed-toed shoes, long sleeved shirts, natural fibers (cotton, denim, linen), with long hair pulled back are expected in our workshops. Plan to arrive for class about 10-15 min early and check in at the front desk.  Our main entrance is on State Street, with parking lot entrance on State St. as well. IF parking and street parking available.
