#ProjectJCOA Day - Community Meals (Ages 4-18 Yrs Old)

💵 Please be sure to check your dates accurately when registering. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Transfer fee to another camp date is $5.00, depending on availability. There is no refund for illness, missed days, vacations, or dismissal from the program. We appreciate your understanding. In the event of insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances out of our control, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled for a later date. If we must cancel any classes, you will be refunded in full.

Each parent or guardian signs their children up for in-person and online classes at their own risk and absolves Junior Chefs of America, its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability. Furthermore, Junior Chefs of America, along with the Released Parties, will not be held liable for any food allergies.

IN-PERSON cooking classes are held within a facility, therefore, there is an increased risk of contracting COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket, Parents or guardians relieve Junior Chefs of America and the Released Parties of any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party using the Junior Chefs of America or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the Junior Chefs of America and/or while using any Junior Chefs of America facilities, tools, equipment, or materials.

Kids ONLINE cooking classes are intended to be done with a parent, or guardian participating and supervising. The parent or guardian must determine the ability of the child and monitor what they are preparing. If at any time, a parent or guardian feels as though a task may be too difficult or unsafe for the child given their skill, and abilities, the parent or guardian should complete that step for the child so that they may continue. By purchasing the ticket, parents, and or guardians agree to the disclaimer.

🚌 Transportation Release: I hereby give permission for the transportation of my child for official Junior Chefs of America, Inc. activities by modes of transportation agreed to by the school organizers.

📸 Photo Release: I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed during the any class/event at Junior Chefs of America, Inc. I understand the photos will be used to keep a journal of activities, to share during power point presentations and/or reports to our donors and for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet. I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Junior Chefs of America, Inc. and its affiliates.
