Parties are scheduled to run for 90 minutes. If you think your party may run over time, please let us know. An additional charge of $20 per additional 15 minutes will be added to your final bill. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. 15% gratuity of your remaining balance will be added to your final bill the day of the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made up to two weeks before your event will be issued a credit to put towards another class or event at the Art Factory. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will forfeit 100% of your booking fee and no credit will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, we want to ensure the safety of your guest as well as our staff . If we feel the need to close due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
