Cake Decorating: Stack, Fill, & Pipe! - $175

Have you been eagerly awaiting our cake decorating classes? They're finally here!

Join us for an introduction to cake decorating where you'll fill, stack, frost, and pipe your very own 6" double layer cake. Our chef will pre-bake the cake and make the buttercream for you so you can get to the super fun decorating part but we'll make sure you have all the instructions and recipes to do the whole process at home.

What's Included

• Two-layer 6" cake (choose vanilla or chocolate at registration)
• Vanilla buttercream frosting 
• Variety of delicious fillings to choose from to fill your cake (e.g. lemon curd, chocolate fudge, dolce de leche, etc.)
• Garnish bar to take your decoration to the next level (e.g. sprinkles, fresh seasonal fruit, edible flowers, meringue, chocolate drip, caramel drip)
• All the tools you need to create! Plus a cake board and box to take your cake home. 
• Snack plate to keep you fueled as you decorate. 

We've got your first drink covered! With each ticket, you'll receive a complimentary beverage - either a curated welcome cocktail or choose from wine, beer, or coffee.

• Fundamentals of cake batter, baking cakes, and buttercream frosting (demonstration only)
• Essential tools for cake decorating and how to use them
• How to stack cake rounds and fill the layers for a level cake (hands-on)
• How to frost cake - "naked cakes" and "traditional" 
• Buttercream frosting piping techniques 
• Garnishing and decorating considerations 

Youth under 16 years old are welcome to join our cooking classes, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, and each youth has their own ticket.
