Fish On! Fresh Pan Seared Grouper

Are you intimidated with cooking fish? In this special "Fish On" class, our chef instructor will teach you how to purchase, clean and filet fresh grouper.  Don't worry, you won't have to clean your own, you are our guest after all!  You will however prepare your cleaned filet and all the delicious sides that go with it.  

• Pan Seared Florida Grouper, Finished with a Lemon Caper Sauce
• Creamy Parmesan and Spring Pea Risotto
• Lemon, Garlic and Parmesan Asparagus
• Key Lime Pie Mousse

Please note that if you are coming with friends but registering separately and want to be seated together, please note this on the bottom of the registration form titled "Is there Anything Special we Need to Know".
