Are you intimidated with cooking fish? In this special "Fish On" class, our chef instructor will teach you how to purchase, clean and filet fresh grouper.  Don't worry, you won't have to clean your own, you are our guest after all!  You will however prepare your cleaned filet and all the delicious sides that go with it.

Wine, Beer & Bubbly

A curated selection of red and white wines, domestic and craft beer, and bubbly is available for purchase when you arrive. If you wish to bring your own wine or beer there is a $10 corkage fee per bottle or 6 pack of beer.

CONSENT, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY In consideration for entry into the premises and permission by Budding Chef Cooking Studio (“BCCS”) for me, and/or my minor child, and any attendees attached to this reservation (hereinafter “Participant”) to participate in cooking classes and other related services being offered by BCCS and knowing the risks involved, Participant hereby voluntarily agrees to assume any and all risks not known or reasonably foreseen at this time and to release and hold harmless BCCS, its officers, directors, members and managers, and all other members of its cooking school staff whether contracted or employed. Participant further understand and agree that this Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability (“Waiver”) is to be binding on Participant’s heirs and assigns. Participant understands that the activity that Participant is participating in may be of a hazardous nature and/or include physical and/or strenuous activity, that serious accidents occasionally occur during the said activity, such as burns, cuts, allergic reactions, and so forth; and that Participant may occasionally sustain personal injuries as a consequence of Participant’s said participation. FOOD ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES: You as the Participant and/or Participant’s parent or guardian understand that you are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition. Reactions due to food allergies and sensitivities are included as risks associated with culinary classes and the consumption of food. We cannot guarantee that the premises will be nut-free, gluten-free, or free from other allergens as these items are used in our cooking classes. If alcoholic beverages are offered during an event, Participant will be required to produce government-issued photo identification prior to being served any alcoholic beverages. Participant understands that alcohol consumption may increase Participant’s risk of injury. Participant agrees not to operate a motor vehicle if Participant is impaired and/or over the legal limit required to legally operate a motor vehicle. Participants hereby assume all risk involved with the consumption of alcohol and unconditionally hold BCCS harmless. BCCS reserves the right to excuse any Participant from the premises if a Participant becomes inebriated, misbehaves, and/or has the potential to cause harm to himself, herself, and/or to others. If Participant is excused from an event, it shall be without any refund from or liability to Budding Chef Cooking Studio. Participant understands that BCCS is a public space and agrees and understands that there is no right to privacy in the public areas of BCCS. Further, Participant agrees and acknowledges that both video and photographs may be taken at BCCS in public areas for marketing purposes and Participant hereby grants BCCS all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or re-publish, copy, exhibit, and/or distribute all photographs and/or video of Participant in BCCS’ website, social media, educational materials, training materials, and/or promotional materials without restriction and without compensation. Participant understands that his or her email address and contact information may be used for future marketing purposes by BCCS and Participant should refer to BCCS’ online privacy policy published on BCCS’ website for further information. If any provision or provisions of this Waiver shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way. This Waiver may be assigned or transferred to, and binding upon and will inure to the benefit of any successor of BCCS and its affiliates. This Waiver will be governed in accordance with the laws of state in which any cause of action occurs. Any action brought for the enforcement of any terms, conditions or provisions contained herein shall be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state and county in which any cause of action occurs. The laws of certain states or other jurisdictions may not allow limitations of certain damages. If such laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimer, exclusions, or limitations may not apply and Participant may have certain rights in addition to those contained herein. By signing this Waiver, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and understand its contents. I have been provided with the opportunity to have an attorney of my choosing review the Waiver prior to my signing. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and BCCS and any staff member of cooking class whether contracted or employed. ​
