Frequently Asked Questions:
- We Charge/Count everyone that comes in with the party except Non-Skating Parents.
- We do count the birthday child or children in the total number of guests.
- Online Party Requests are not reserved until time and date are approved and deposit is paid.
- We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit for Private Parties. Your party time is not reserved until Deposite is paid. Deposit does go towards the final amount of the party.
- You cannot bring in a cake unless you have a reserved party with us.
- Socks not included but may be purchased if available
- There is no early setup time your party starts at the time that you reserved and the party time is up right at the end of your reserved time. No early entry.
- Our snack bar is fully open and available for food and drink purchase from you and your guests.
- No outside drinks allowed.
- No Glitter/Confetti/or anything similar. $250 cleaning fee if violated.
