Saucing (Master Sauces)

Nothing elevates good home cooking like a masterful sauce! In today’s restaurants, the saucier isn’t the only cook responsible for preparing sauces. Line cooks, sous chefs, and even garde manger cooks must have expertise in sauce-making. Explore the classic mother sauces and their myriad of flavors, textures, and colors so you can start making restaurant-worthy dishes at home.

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger cooks may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
