Join Brooke of Caged Byrd Yoga & Pilates for a guided Vision Board Workshop aligned with the powerful energy of the New Moon and Spring Equinox — a time for release, realignment, and opening to what’s growing and flourishing next.
Through gentle grounding, guided meditation, journaling, and creative visioning, you’ll create a personalized vision board focused on how you want to feel, grow, and move forward. All supplies are provided, and each participant will receive a journal and a small interactive handout to support reflection beyond the workshop.
Brooke will guide the experience from start to finish, while also allowing space to connect, socialize, and enjoy moon water–inspired drinks available for purchase.

Brooke Halperin, founder of Caged Byrd Yoga and Pilates, believes that everyone carries their own inner cage — and that growth happens gently, one feather at a time. By blending yoga, pilates, meditation, and creative self-care practices, Brooke creates spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves, build strength from the inside out, and begin to release what no longer serves them. Her approach is supportive, empowering, and grounded in the belief that inner freedom is something we uncover, not force. Brooke’s workshops are accessible, meaningful, and enjoyable, making them a natural fit for individuals, small groups, teams, and community-based events. Each experience invites reflection, movement, and presence — offering time and energy back to what truly matters, while honoring both challenges and insights to soar and fly within a divine path that resides inward.
The Makery Bar at Soapy Roads is an immersive creative space designed to experience artful & inspired moments with loved ones, as well as a collaborative space to meet new friends. We serve organic wines, tea, apothecary/wellness drinks, plus a lovely and unique selection of ceremonial spirit-free craft NA cocktails to enjoy while you create!
