Bio
Lori Motola is a poet, certified neuroscience coach, and founder of Poetic Mind Lab. She blends her love of writing and brain health to create unique, accessible community experiences. She is a passionate advocate for the creative process as a tool for healthier brains and communities. Her programming moves past theory and into practice, helping participants understand creativity as a process, not a trait, with application to virtually any area of life. Outside of work, Lori is a two-time Nonna and enjoys writing, meditating, and moving her body.
