Welcome beverage: Jamaican Rum Punch 

• A refreshing blend of rum, tropical fruit juices, and spices to kick off your evening. 

Amuse Bouche: Jerk Chicken & Festival Sliders

• Succulent jerk chicken nestled in mini festival bread, offering a taste of Jamaica in every bite. 

Main Course: Jamaican Patties (hands-on)

• Flaky pastry filled with your choice of spicy beef, curry chicken, or a vegetarian option (available upon request at registration), served with soft coco bread. 

Dessert: Coconut Key Lime Cheesecake 

• A creamy, tangy cheesecake infused with coconut and lime, creating a tropical twist on a classic dessert.
