Course 1: Traditional Cheese Fondue

• A mixture of French cheeses perfectly balanced with a dry white wine. Served with sausage, fresh crusty bread, Okanagan apples, seasonal vegetables, and cornichons.

Course 2: Chocolate Fondue

• Deliciously silky chocolate blended with cream accompanied by fresh berries, sliced banana, wafer cookies, marshmallows, salty pretzels, and house-made meringue.
