Are you seduced by French pastries in bakery windows? In this class, you'll make a classic pâte à choux (a French pastry dough) to make a mountain of cream puffs, ready to be filled with a homemade vanilla pastry cream and topped with a dark chocolate ganache.

Cream Puffs 
filled with Vanilla Pastry Cream 
and topped with Chocolate
