Lego Robotics Day Camp (June 27th)

All camps at our studio are non-refundable. Minimum class attendance must be met in order for us to hold a camp session. In the case of event cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a gift card. Failure to show up or cancel with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Class minimums and deposits are required in order for us to order proper supplies and provide proper staffing. Make up days are not provided. Campers must attend on the day he or she is registered for or cancel with a minimum of 48 hours notice. All full-day campers must bring two snacks, a water bottle, and a lunch. Campers will not be permitted to sign themselves in or out for camp. A parent or guardian must sign campers in and out. Campers should leave all electronic devices at home. Staff are happy to contact a child’s parent or guardian if needed in case of emergency, illness, or behavior issues. Parents will be contacted if a child has an ongoing discipline problem causing disruption or harm to other campers. The studio will make multiple attempts to redirect a child and preserve a positive camp experience for all campers. Children with excessive misbehavior problems will be excused from camp. Store credit will be issued for the balance of the remaining days. No refunds are provided. Camp Projects:
Non-fired camp projects will go home with your child on the last day of the camp session. Fired projects will be available for pick up in two weeks. We will send out an email to the email address used at registration to notify parents when art projects are ready to pick up. All art projects must be retrieved within 30 days of notification. Any camp projects not picked up within 30 days become property of the studio. We can not guarantee your child will complete any specific project. This is a creative, process art camp featuring various projects. Before & After Care Policy: Before and After Care is available for $7.50 per hour. All full day campers not picked up by 4:15P will be charged for After Care. Before Care is available 7:30A to 9:30A. After Care is available 4P to 6P. Before and after care must be registered for and paid in advance, as staff are not scheduled for before/after care unless there is a need. Before and after care campers will be provided light projects during care times and will have the option to watch a movie.

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled camp session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online by emailing us. If you have to cancel your camp, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 72 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class or camp. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the camp.
