Take your baking skills to the next level with these more complex techniques. Learn and grow as a baker with a journey from delicate puff pastry to the wonderful world of chocolate.

Students are encouraged to take Techniques of Baking I for Teens before enrolling in this class.

This series is for teens, ages 12-17. Each class length estimate is 4 hours. (Estimate 9:30am-1:30pm)
Day 1: Tarts
Day 2: Meringues
Day 3: Introduction to Chocolate
Day 4: Cookies II
Day 5: Cakes II
