Class Description:
Who doesn't love warm, freshly baked Cinnamon Rolls? And how about Monkey bread, that delicious pull-apart bread made with bite-size pieces of dough coated with sugar and spice and baked with cinnamon sugar. Your guide is Executive Pastry Chef Catie Wiley, who joins us after a distinguished career as a pastry chef at several iconic patisseries and restaurants on the East Coast. She's eager to share her techniques and tips to make both of these delicious morning favorites with you.

In this class, you'll learn the art of creating feathery-light doughs that provide the perfect canvas for buttery cinnamon fillings and sweet glaze toppings. We will guide you through each step, covering techniques like proofing yeast doughs, rolling and shaping the perfect spirals, and achieving that signature cinnamon swirl. Then we’ll tackle the ultimate crowd-pleaser: Monkey Bread. It's an impressive centerpiece bread that's surprisingly easy to make once you know the technique. While our Cinnamon Rolls and Monkey Bread bake, we'll make Cream Cheese Frosting and Vanilla Glaze.

By the end of this class, you'll be equipped with recipes and skills to impress family and friends, along with take-home cinnamon rolls.
