The Sudsy Starter Birthday Party

A hands-on, stress-free party experience for creative kids and their grown-ups. Each party includes exclusive use of our event space and guided DIY activities using organic (whenever possible), always non-toxic ingredients that you can feel good about, for both our kids and the environment. All packages includes beautiful custom-made party favors that each child hand-made from all-natural ingredients with NO synthetic colors or fragrances + unforgettable memories!

Overview:
-Private use of our festive event space for 2 hours
(we do all the prep & cleanup!)
-Two expertly guided DIY activities: organic-base soap-making & non-toxic bath bomb-making
-A special birthday gift for our guest of honor from our mascot, Soapy the Dog
-A personalized gift bag for each participating child, including:
○ Their finished creations
○ Organic honey lollipop
○ 10% off gift shop token
-Package includes up to 7 participating children (6 friends + the guest of honor) and up to 4 non-participating adults (11 total guests). *Please note we are a quality over quantity Makery. A lower guest count allows us to have the appropriate time with each child to ensure safety and one-on-one instruction.
-Children receive hands-on instruction, equipment, ingredients, and compostable packaging for 2 hours of guided making that is fun and functional in addition to embedded people
& planet-friendly touchpoints. No need to purchase outside favors! They custom-create their favors!
-Adults are welcome to stay and supervise and/or enjoy a beverage from our bar (organic teas, wine, champagne, spirit-free craft NA cocktails, and wellness drinks are available for purchase.)
-Bring your own dessert & drinks (~:20+ mins allocated for dessert/drinks and/or presents)
Add-on guests:
-Additional DIY participants: +$65 each (max ten total makers; 8 total is recommended!:)
-This party package is designed for 8-17yr olds. Clean Candle-making, Natural Perfume, Sugar Scrubs, Bath Tea/Salt Soaks, or Natural Makeup & Masks can be substituted for 12+.

The complete Sudsy Starter Birthday Package listed above is $495. There is no tax as this is a service.
A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking, which will be applied to your bill.

Soapy Roads believes in the power of plants. We use essential oils to fragrance our all-natural body products. Although natural, it doesn't necessarily mean safe for all audiences. For instance, children 12 and under need to stick with certain safe essential oils that we will provide you. This is important because always remember to let us know if you are making a product for someone else to be sure it is safe for them, specifically. Women who are pregnant and/or nursing should consult a physician before applying any essential oils topically. The same goes for people with serious medical conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems who are on heart medication. Soapy Roads will guide you in your essential oil use, but ultimately, it is up to you to know of and take the precautions necessary when an allergy or medical condition is present.
