Expand your pasta horizons with our Shaped Pasta Workshop. This class will focus on Southern Italian Pasta dough featuring durum wheat, otherwise known as semolina, which gives us a delightful chew to our pasta. Traditionally, this pasta dough is egg-free and allowed to dry at room temperature before storing. We'll focus on shapes such as orecchiette, busiate, lorighittas, sopressine, cavatelli and garganelli. Complete each dish with a sauce made from scratch.
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
