By Booking I Agree & Understand:

💲Programs require an applicable deposit refundable up to 10 days prior to the event. The deposit applies toward the balance due. All balances will be due the day of the event. We accept business checks, cash or credit card either at our studio or at your place. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35 fee.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 RESPONSE IS REQUIRED when in 3-7 days before the event we reach out for a more accurate estimate of the number of participants. Due to supply and staff needs you will be charged a minimum of ten or 75% of your estimate, whichever is greater, regardless of how many actually participate. We can of course give you 8” x 10” wrapped canvas kits for the difference in actual attendance and the amount charged for.
