If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making cheese, now is your chance!  In this class you will be making fresh mozzarella from scratch, some to take home and share with your family and some to create a beautiful caprese salad in class.  Then it is on to handmade fettuccini that will serve as a delicious base for your sautéed shellfish with basil and lemon cream pesto.
