Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the busy holiday season and make time for a fabulous southern-inspired brunch in this hands-on class! 

  • Spinach, Avocado and Grapefruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing and Toasted Pecans
  • Frittata with Andouille Sausage, Sautéed Green Peppers, Scallions and Cheddar
  • Buttermilk Biscuits and Sausage Gravy 
  • Apple-Cranberry Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream and Bourbon-Butter Sauce
