Class Description:
Everyone knows that people love noodles. Get some culinary training up your sleeve and avoid having to resort to those 25 cent bags of noodles when you're craving something salty! We’ll replace it today with huge, flavorful bowls of noodles that you can learn how to customize. After this class, you’ll be ready to make (and slurp!) this Japanese staple in their own kitchen! Join Chef Tarra Freberg as she teaches us the various styles of this amazingly versatile dish that’s enjoyed year-round. We’ll learn how to make that comforting ramen broth (and learn why it’s so different from “regular” broth), learn to make basic chicken stock, discuss garnishes (from bok choy to daikon and cilantro), meat choices and learn to make homemade egg noodles!
