SoulCollage®, created by Seena Frost, Soul Collage® is a creative method for finding answers that involve consulting one's inner parts, archetypes, community, and the body's energy centers. Using images and imagination, you learn to let your intuition guide you. It's a fun and deeply satisfying process full of synchronicities, and the answers lie within you. You will create reflections of your inner self by tapping into your imagination and intuition using a few powerful cut-out images, a bit of glue, and a 5×8 heavy-weight card.
SoulCollage® is a creative collage process for…
- Self-discovery, self-acceptance, and personal empowerment.
- Embracing one’s intuition and unique creativity.
- Promoting inclusive, diverse, cooperative community for mutual encouragement.
- Tapping into the transformative power of images, imagination, and intuition for soul healing.
You are invited to join us for a two-hour workshop on intuitive collage. You can participate in this workshop ONLINE OR INPERSON. It is a "blended" format workshop. In this intuitive collage session, we will focus on two essential elements that are the essence of SoulCollage®:
- intuitively choosing compelling images
- journaling OR speaking aloud using Seena Frost's "I Am One Who..." process.
We will play together and discover the gifts found in simple magazine or calendar images, family photographs, and original artwork. No experience is necessary, and this is an intuitive and unostentatious process. In our workshop, you will learn how to make small 5x8 inch collages, which become your decks of cards that you can use for guidance and meditation. The deck grows and evolves as you do, and there is no limit to the number of cards you can make. Each card reflects a part of YOU - and welcoming all the parts is a gift you can give yourself.

In January 2025, we will explore the theme "Start Before You Are Ready - You Already Have What You Need." Good things happen when we start before we’re ready. Not only do we open ourselves to the blessings of happy serendipity, but we steal a march on the forces of procrastination, perfectionism, overpreparation, fear, and self-doubt. Remember, the enemy is not the work. It’s not the difficulty of the work. The enemy is Resistance. The new year brings a great time for new beginnings, with many of us reflecting on the changes we make in our lives and setting resolutions and goals to (finally) make those changes we’ve always meant to. American journalist Ellen Goodman says, "We spend January 1st walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives… not looking for flaws, but for potential.”
In February 2025, we invite you to immerse yourself in the enchanting theme of "Snow Moon." Traditionally recognized in The Old Farmer's Almanac, the full moon of February is called the "Snow Moon," a name inspired by the heavy snowfall that blankets landscapes during this time of year. This moon represents more than just a seasonal phenomenon; it is a powerful metaphor for change. Unlike bold transformations, the Snow Moon highlights the gentle, often overlooked shifts that can lead to profound growth and understanding. As the night sky glistens with the moon’s soft light, it encourages us to embrace moments of stillness and reflection, allowing us to tap into our inner wisdom. It reminds us that true insight often comes not from chaos but from the whispers of our intuition.
The theme for March 2025 is "What Calls You Out of Hibernation?" During winter, everything lies dormant beneath the quiet earth. This season is a sacred time for rest and reflection, leading to awakening and the gradual transition to brighter days. The energy of winter encourages introspection and represents the fruitful darkness and silence from which our deepest yearnings and new inspirations can emerge. As we connect our awareness to the cycles of nature, we deepen our understanding of our personal growth. Spiritually and metaphysically, this season offers an opportunity to seek guidance and comfort from within. The key is to avoid allowing darkness to overwhelm our lives and thoughts. Instead, we can recognize that darkness can be one of the greatest catalysts for personal growth and transformation. By allowing ourselves to experience our emotions and embrace our darkness, we can transform it into a spiritual cradle from which our inner light and dreams can manifest.
Join us in April 2025 as we gather under the inspiration of the Pink Moon, a celestial event symbolizing renewal, rebirth, and inner reflection. Named after the wild ground phlox, one of the first flowers to bloom in spring, the Pink Moon signifies the blossoming of new beginnings and the shedding of what no longer serves us. This full moon holds spiritual importance across cultures, symbolizing growth, transformation, and connection to the cycles of nature. In the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the vibrancy of spring, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it signifies the introspection of autumn. Both seasons invite us to slow down, embrace stillness, and listen deeply to our intuition. Let the nurturing energy of the Pink Moon guide you in planting seeds of intention, releasing the old, and embracing the promise of what lies ahead.
In May 2025, Our theme is "Opening Doors and Crossing Thresholds." Symbolically, doorways are portals into other worlds, invitations to new places, and openings to fresh perspectives. Doors symbolize transition and change, rebirth, and new beginnings. Doors can signify protection – a place of safety and refuge, or a locked door can indicate separation or lack of freedom. Seeing things from a different perspective can help us to make real-life choices and changes.
In June 2025 - we will explore "Tell Me More" as a theme in our SoulCollage practice. The verb "tell" has several synonyms, such as advise, disclose, and explain, which mirror the functions of our SoulCollage cards. Creating these cards reveals different aspects of ourselves, and engaging with them regularly—through questioning and journaling allows us to gain deeper insights. While social media is filled with so-called "experts," we are the true authorities on our feelings. The Neters in our cards narrate and disclose the inner stories that shape our identities. By connecting with our cards, we discover our inner narratives and recognize patterns in our lives. Sometimes, simply slowing down to appreciate our cards opens our hearts and soothes our spirits. When we quiet our minds and ask, "Tell me more," our cards provide honest insights drawn from our inner wisdom, guiding us to trust our inner whispers.

August 2025 -The Soul of Place. Explore the Concept of "place" and delve into the idea that it is more than just a backdrop for human activities. It significantly shapes our identity and our sense of belonging in the world. We often think of ourselves as being "in" the landscape, but we sometimes forget that the landscape is also "in" us. We are molded by the ground we walk on, which lies beneath our feet and provides support and sustenance. The ground is the very foundation of our lives. Whether hard or cold or warm or soft, the ground forms the basis of our existence.
September 2025 - The Fall Equinox - The Turning of the Seasons. According to those who follow astrology, the fall equinox is when the sun enters Libra, the cardinal air sign of harmony and diplomacy. And when Libra season is underway, it tends to make us want to pull back our energy, practice mindfulness, and embrace a stronger sense of balance. And because everyone’s lives are so intertwined with each other’s, much of finding that balance rests on your ability to establish a true connection with someone. Perhaps the fall equinox reminds you to listen to and respect someone else’s perspective. The archetypal balance of Autumn lies in celebrating the bounty of Harvest while also being aware of endings. The smells of Winter are still remote, but we can already feel its breath. Fall is a time to honor the wisdom of aging, of harvesting the knowledge acquired through living; it is a time to take stock and treasure experiences and anchor them deeply into the vaults of our souls.
