Book a Field Trip

We ask you to pre-select the project the participants will create at least 14 days prior to the event

We ask you to confirm your numbers 7 days prior to event. The activity is contracted to begin and end at the reserved time. The balance is based on your confirmed number of participants and is due 3 days prior to your event.

The travel fee (up to 5 miles from the Studio) is included in the activity fee. If your location is more than 5 miles from the Studio, there will be an additional travel fee, ranging from $25 - $50 depending on the distance.

We provide table covers. You provide nearby access to water, tables and chairs for all of the painters, trash disposal, and drying space for projects.

Each item will be wrapped and labeled individually with the name of the painter. If you are painting pottery and want them fired, the fired items will be delivered within 2 weeks.
