Class Description:
There's no campfire required for this delightfully indulgent take on the classic s'mores flavor! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make rich, fudgy brownies topped with pillowy homemade marshmallow meringue and graham crackers from scratch.

We'll start by preparing a batch of ultra-decadent brownies made with premium chocolate and a generous dose of butter and eggs for that incredible fudgy texture. As the brownies bake, you'll get started on the marshmallow meringue. Using a few simple ingredients like sugar, egg whites and vanilla, you'll learn the techniques for whipping up a glossy, stable meringue with the perfect light-as-air consistency. Piped into kisses, these marshmallow clouds will toast up beautifully.

Then you'll dive into the graham cracker component by making the dough from scratch using whole wheat flour and brown sugar for that signature graham flavor. After cutting, baking and cooling, these crisp, snappy crackers are the perfect crunchy counterpoint. To finish, you'll assemble your s'mores brownie creations by layering the toasted meringue and crushed graham crackers over the brownies. One bite and you'll be transported to summers filled with campfire treats! By the end of the class, you'll take home a batch of incredible s'mores brownies made completely from scratch to share. You'll also gain recipes and skills to keep making these nostalgic, gooey-crisp treats whenever cravings strike.

Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance.
