Art Camp: Favorite Animals & Pets

Camp:  Tuesday-Friday, 12noon-3pm, ending with an art show, allowing your artist to shine!  The Art show will be Friday at 3pm and family and friends are invited to come honor our artists!

Description: You know the great thing about  young people? They aren't afraid to let their creativity shine! Nurturing their natural artistic inclination does more than fill the front of your fridge with one-of-a-kind masterpieces, It also builds self-esteem as young ones learn to analyze and problem-solve. When they are given the chance to try out their own ideas, and then make changes based on what they want the result to be, they develop confidence. Confidence that bleeds into their social, academic, athletic, and artistic pursuits.
 
In this four-day camp,  going from Tuesday through Friday weekly, your budding artist will paint with acrylics, draw, sculpt, and create mixed media projects. The theme this week is pets and animals.  This can include real and imaginary. Your imagination is the limit. Guided by our own certified educator, each camper creates artwork worthy of display in our end of the week art show. Parents and campers alike agree that this unique program is an ideal blend of fine arts education and creative fun. This camp has something for everyone, from beginner to advanced. Our themes are meant to be a starting point to jump start their imagination but imagination and creativity are encouraged.

What to bring:  Please help your camper stay fed and hydrated by sending along a snack and water bottle. Please avoid packing nuts of all kinds and in all forms to keep our campers with allergies safe.

Price:  $50 registration +  plus $175  class fee + 4.5% (capped at $10) booking fee.  Total price $235 per artist. Total amount due at time of registration.
