Come one, come all—Urban Sketchbook is heading to the Anoka County Fair! This exciting five-day camp invites students to explore the art of urban sketching while experiencing the vibrant sights, sounds, and energy of the fair. Over four days, participants will immerse themselves in sketching lively fair scenes, from bustling food stalls and thrilling rides to show animals and performers. This fun and engaging camp is perfect for young artists eager to develop their skills, capture real-life moments, and create a unique visual story of the fair. Join us for a week of creativity, adventure, and inspiration!
Participants must be prepared to do a lot of walking throughout this camp.
Monday we will start our adventure at Rum River South County Park, then Tuesday-Friday we will meet at the Anoka County Fairgrounds.
