Royal Icing Cookie Decorating

Our royal icing cookie decorating class covers all the necessary fundamentals you will need to recreate the cookies you seen in magazines and social media. We cover making royal icing as well as  adjusting your icing to give you stiff, medium or flow consistencies. You will leave knowing when and how to use each consistency of icing to create and recreate your favorite designs. We cover piping techniques, dipping and flooding/color flow. Cookie shapes and designs are seasonal. From September through October our designs will be Halloween and Winter theme and after October, winter theme exclusively. Take your finished cookies home with you at the end of class.
