This summer, Game Goblins is hosting day camps for children ages 8-17. At our day camps, our “camp counselors” will lead kids in a half day of gaming, learning, and fun. Each session runs Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm.
All required materials for each event are provided, and we have optional materials available at a significant discount for camp-goers that want to take their experience home to share with their family. We even provide lunch!
Bio
Carl Heyl is a home educator with decades of gaming experience. He has a background in theatre and will bring games to life with interesting characters, compelling stories, and yes, funny voices. Carl is a podcaster, game designer, sunday school teacher, and home schooler.
His two little helpers love Dungeons & Dragons and will be assisting with the camps.

June 10 - 14
D&D Beginners Camp (Ages 8-17)
If you are new to Dungeons & Dragons and want to learn how to create characters, fundamentals of the game, and even get a crash course in running the game at home this is the camp for you. On day 1 you will create a character, than partake in a 3day mini campaign, and on the last day learn how to run the game yourself.
June 17 - 21
Dungeon Masters Camp (Ages 10-17)
Interested in running Dungeons & Dragons. This camp will be a deep dive into all the in and out's of being behind the dungeon master's screen and running the game. How to handle story elements, acting out roles, managing campaigns, creating encounters, and handling any other problems at your table when running your own game.
July 8 - 12
Advanced Players Camp (Ages 10-17)
This camp is great for people that have played Dungeons & Dragons and are just looking for a deeply immersive D&D campaign to sink their teeth into. This 5 day campaign will start with level 4 characters and progress through a campaign world that will be shaped by the actions of your experienced adventuring party. Players will be welcome to bring the characters from the beginners camp into this game.
