Class Description:
We’re taking your taste buds to the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in this fresh and light luncheon class. Immerse yourself in the bold, earthy flavors that define this iconic Italian region as you learn to master the art of preparing a Tuscan-style luncheon. Your guide is CCKC Head Instructor and Executive Chef Melissa Houston, who has travelled the globe cooking and teaching for over 30 years. Hailing from the West Coast, Melissa uses her wealth of culinary experience to put her own unique spin on regional and global cuisine that is both healthy and delicious.
Your journey begins with a refreshing Panzanella Salad. You’re tossing together ripe Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Red Onions in a tangy and sharp dressing with hunks of crusty bread and aromatic Basil. Next you will be putting together a creamy Tomato and Eggplant Bisque, a light summer soup perfect for pairing with salads or heavier dishes. For your main, we will roast Artichoke Bruschetta Chicken with Sunflower Greens and Lemon Oil. Chef Melissa is sharing her secrets to achieving perfectly seasoned chicken complemented by the bright flavors of Artichokes and zesty Lemon Oil drizzle. Finish with freshly shaved, nutty Parmesan. No Italian meal is complete without a sweet finish. To cap off your afternoon, let’s make a light Panna Cotta: a sweetened yogurt flavored with local Honey and adorned with Fresh Berries.

- We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- This class is for adults 18+. Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
