Class Description:
Looking to up your BBQ rib game? It doesn’t get much better than having Chef Bruce Campbell, an award-winning BBQ Pitmaster, teaching us everything he knows about ribs – from old-school to cutting-edge techniques, Bruce will cover it all. Chef Bruce will explore the different cuts and types of ribs (Spare Ribs, St. Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs) and offer expert advice on how to determine which package to buy at the store. How do you prepare all these ribs?  He’ll show you, including use of rubs and mops, super handy BBQ techniques, and a lesson on the proper equipment to get the job done. He’ll demo three different methods of cooking ribs: smoking, baking and the sous vide method. Plus, you’ll taste them all, along with some fantastic recipes for sides like Cheesy Corn and Bruce’s Award-Winning BBQ Beans. This informative class will take your rib-cooking expertise to the next level. Expect to take lots of notes and use lots of napkins.

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
