Special Event: Stoneware Steins

Design your own Stein!  Join us for a fun evening and create a special mug to hold your favorite beverage! In this class, guests will choose from over 45 glazes to create a one of a kind item. Stoneware glazes react to each other in unique ways when they reach peak temperature making each item unique! This means there are hundreds of combinations you can make from our glazes. No artistic ability is needed. Guests will be given thorough instructions on how to apply these specialty glazes.

Stoneware is so versatile! It is dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. All mugs will be kiln fired at our studio. Our glazes are food safe. 

All supplies are included in the class. Aprons will be provided.


Pickup: Your mug will be be taken to our studio to be fired and may be picked up 7 days after the class. The Sweada Mae Art Cafe is located at 287 W. Center St, Marion, OH.
