Spring, Seasonal, Local Vegetable Preparation

Are you trying to eat more local vegetables?  But feel that cooking from scratch can seem so  time-consuming.  And, how are we going to get our kids and spouses to
eat them?  Come and learn easy and simple ideas to incorporate more
vegetables  into your diet with salads, soups and side dishes made from vegetables
that are grown and harvested right here in the Central Valley. 

In one hour, you will learn how to prepare AND eat the bounty that we will make
in class.  Lunch included.
