Class Description:
Join Chef Vicky for one of our most popular cooking classes! She’ll lead tonight’s upbeat and interactive cooking class where you’ll learn all you need to know to create fresh pastas and a classic Italian sauce from scratch! From drying methods to storage to rolling techniques to a tasty sauce pairing, Chef Vicky won’t let you leave until she’s taught all the fundamentals you need to create beautiful fresh-made Italian pasta noodles & perfectly paired sauces, the right way. Expect lots of hands-on cooking time working next to this engaging professional. As always, you’ll taste everything taught in class and take home the recipes as well as some pasta and sauce so you can whip up fresh Italian meals in your own kitchen. Mangia!

Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place. If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records. Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all Adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
