Description Parent & Me Preschool Chefs

PCKids Preschool Chefs classes offer you and your child  a unique, "edutaining" culinary experience that is something fun and different for parents to participate in together  with his/her child who loves the creativity of baking and cooking...and it won't break the bank! As is the Pensacola Cooks tradition, children's cooking classes are an affordable way to explore depth of flavors, to practice new cooking and baking techniques, and to learn more about the mix of food and culture. It's a fun way to meet new friends with similar interests and begin building a variety of kitchen skills to last a lifetime.
This is an interactive, parent/preschooler hands-on class where you and your child  "learn by doing" at your own cooking station with kitchen tools and aprons provided. Our culinary instructor joins the students in the central cook area to teach  relevant skills and techniques for the recipes provided. In class, students enjoy eating the food they prepare. Students receive a recipe booklet of the recipes from class.For the health and safety of our staff and students, we take non-contact temperatures upon entering the cooking classroom and follow other CDC recommendations for communicable disease control.
For health and safety, students must wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair pulled back in a ponytail.
