Knitting 101: Beginning Knitting
Learn how to knit and discover a relaxing and creative hobby! We’ll cover the basics in this introductory class perfect for a brand new knitter or as a *refresher if it’s been a while since you’ve had needles in your hands.
We’ll learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off, as well as how to combine stitches to create different patterns and textures in our simple scarf project. We’ll also cover knitting terminology, learn how to read a basic pattern, and troubleshoot common knitting mistakes.

This class will meet October 24th, November7th and 14th from 6:00 to 8:00. 

Cost is $85 and includes supplies.

*This class is taught in the Continental style of knitting but the skills covered are applicable to the English style.
