Canning and Preserving Low & No Sugar Jam/ Peach and Stone Fruit

Here in the Central Valley our fruit grows sweet and delicious! At this workshop you will learn the basics of making jam, including a low or no sugar variety and the importance of preserving food safely. We will make peach and stone fruit jams that taste so good, you will never want to buy store bought again.
