Join us for the full 5-day camp or choose individual days to fit your summer schedule — each session features new recipes, fresh skills, and exciting kitchen challenges.
Working hands-on in a safe, supportive environment, campers will mix, chop, bake, sauté, and plate their own delicious creations while learning essential cooking techniques and kitchen confidence. From sweet treats and comfort classics to global flavours and creative food styling, every day brings a new culinary adventure.
Guided by our professional chefs, kids will develop teamwork, independence, and pride in what they make — all while having a blast. Expect flour-dusted counters, big smiles, and plenty of tasting along the way.

What's Included
- Delicious recipes that they'll want to make again and again.

- 3.5 blissful hours to yourself while they learn in our hands-on kitchen!
- Water is always complementary! Cold and filtered still and sparkling are on tap. Campers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle.
- Lunch and snacks - they'll eat what they make and bring home the rest to share (if there is any!)
Need to drop them off early? No problem, doors open at 9 AM. Campers can hang out with us until we start cooking at 9:30 AM.
Dietary Note: The recipes contain gluten, dairy, meat, and eggs. Substitutions are not available.
Skills Covered
- Safe and confident knife skills (age-appropriate cutting techniques)
- Reading simple recipes and measuring ingredients correctly
- Mixing, whisking, and basic baking fundamentals
- Cooking on the stovetop with supervision — sautéing and heat awareness
- Making doughs and batters for pizza, pasta, breads, and desserts
- Understanding kitchen safety, hygiene, and organization
- Tasting and seasoning food to build flavour awareness
- Plating and presenting dishes with creativity and pride
- Working as a team and building independence in the kitchen
- Cleaning as you go and developing good kitchen habits
- Trying new foods and exploring global cuisines and ingredients
The Fine Print
- Kitchen appropriate attire is mandatory. Please make sure your camper is wearing closed-toed shoes and has their hair tied back.
- Campers will be having their creations for lunch - our program is designed for the campers to enjoy the fruits of their labour; therefore, you aren't required to pack them any snacks or lunch (yay!).
- It is recommended they bring a reusable water bottle to fill at our water stations throughout the day.
