Cancellation and Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our open classes. If you should need to cancel your ticket, please give us a call within 24-hours notice and we will be happy to issue you a credit for a future class. Please note: Art Factory reserves the right to cancel class at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. If we feel we need to cancel a class, every attempt will be made to notify those that have signed up. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling or a refund will be made.
