Palatine (12 Week Session) Sundays
To secure your spot in class, you must complete the following:
- Complete this form as accurately as possible for both you and the student.
- Each child requires a separate enrollment form.
- $20 Deposit per student on this form.
- The remaining payment must be provided separately via Check, Quickpay or Venmo by the 2nd day of class. (payment@meherdance.com)
- Upon completing this form, you will receive a parent handbook along with a waiver form by the end of August, which you must review and sign via docusign.
- Informal showcase will take place on the last day of class.
- Winter/Spring 2019 Classes begin early January
- To secure your spot in the Winter/Spring session, tuition will be due in December!
- Formal Recital for both Fall & Winter is on Sunday, May 5th, 2019 from 4:30 - 7:30 pm at Guerrin Prep High School and Dress Rehearsals will be on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
