Rebooking Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy, but we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your reservation for a class or workshop, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class. Instead of a refund, we will provide you with a one-time use rescheduling code that you can redeem to rebook another class with us at a later date, up to the same value as the original booking. This code will be valid for six months from the original class date. Please note that each participant is allowed only one cancellation and rebooking. However, you can always have a friend attend in your place by providing us with your name upon their arrival. Alternatively, you can simply have a friend attend in your place by providing us with your name upon their arrival. No-shows will not be eligible for rebooking. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to accommodating your future artistic endeavors! We reserve the right to cancel for bad weather, unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. If this happens we will notify you via email and will provide booking code. To keep a relaxed atmosphere at Art Escape we do not allow personal music or other distracting movies etc. Safety glasses are required while working with glass even if you wear regular glasses. We do provide safety glasses or you are welcome to bring your own (they do need to be approved by instructor) We are not held liable for injuries that occur at glass class. It is your responsibility to make sure you are taking proper safety precautions. Age 14 and up for our blown glass classes. Anyone under the age of 18: must have a paid responsible adult attending the event. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. Please keep in mind if you can not blow into straw due to emphysema, asthma etc. You might not be able to blow the glass enough to make an ornament. Art Escape will not be held responsible for and injuries from glass or torch work. It is your responsibility to follow proper safety procedures. Masks are not permitted while blowing glass.

By registering for this workshop, I certify that I and all guests included in this reservation can safely participate in torch-blown glass activities. All participants must be able to safely stand at the torch, maintain a secure grip on the glass tube, clearly see their work area (with corrective lenses if needed), feel heat, and follow verbal instructions in English. Participants whose ability to safely control the glass tube is affected by hand tremors, impaired coordination, impaired sensation, intoxication, or other safety concerns may not be permitted to operate the torch. Art Escape reserves the right to determine whether any participant can safely operate the torch. If the instructor determines that a participant cannot safely participate at the torch, the participant may select their preferred colors and design choices, and the instructor will create the projects on their behalf. No refunds will be provided, as materials, instruction, and completed projects are still included. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring all guests included in my reservation understand and agree to these requirements, and that all safety decisions made by the instructor are final. That clearly covers tremors, neuropathy, intoxication, vision issues, and other safety concerns without listing specific disabilities or medical conditions.
