Breads 1: Making Soft Pretzels and Pairings

In this 2 hour class, celebrate Oktoberfest by learning how to make your own soft, large pretzels and pairings to go with them.

•  Chef Mark will demonstrate the art and science of pretzel-making – what can you experiment with and what needs to stay true to recipe to get the pretzel look and feel?
• You and Chef Mark will create pretzel pairings together.
• Take home sample pretzels, sample pairings, and all recipes covered in class.  

No cooking experience necessary (Level 1 class).

We will have hot coffee and tea, and cold water available, Feel free to bring nonalcoholic beverages with you.
