All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on workshops. If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 48 hours advance notice. Please see our website FAQ for more explanation regarding cancellation.

Payment is due at the time of reservation in order to secure your seat. Advance reservations are strongly recommended so that we have enough preparation time and supplies to ensure a great class for you. Consequently, walk-ins and day-of registrations are discouraged (and only available as capacity allows).

We reserve the right to cancel classes for low attendance and other unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified in advance and issued refunds. Participants cancelling with 24 hours notice will receive store credit.
