Making Soft Pretzels and Pairings

In this 2 hour class, learn how to make your own soft, large pretzels and pairings to go with them (get ready for March Madness or Oktoberfest or a favorite family gathering!).

•  Chef Mark will demonstrate the art and science of pretzel-making – learn what you can experiment with and what needs to stay true to recipe to get the pretzel look and feel
• You and Chef Mark will create pretzel pairings together.
• Take home sample pretzels, sample pairings, and all recipes covered in class.  

No cooking experience necessary.

We will have hot coffee and tea, and cold water available, Feel free to bring nonalcoholic beverages with you.
