Class Description:
Turkey Day is over so it’s time to focus on those holiday parties! Gather your friends and join us for a special holiday event! Bruce Campbell, the “Prince of Cocktails,” the “Master of Mixology,” is fired up and ready to show us how to mix the perfect holiday cocktails to toast the holiday season.  Bruce’s 25+ years in the restaurant business has shown him that there are some classic drinks that never go out of style. Tonight, we are going to learn to make some hot and cold beverages to celebrate the holidays. Get ready to be educated in the art of the Hot Buttered Rum and Hot Mint Chocolate! On the cool side, we’ll learn how to make Old-Fashioned Egg Nog, Cranberry Caipirinha and my personal favorite, the Candy Cane Martini. To round out our holiday concoctions, we’ll explore several variations of sparkling wine cocktails including Mimosa, Kir Royale, Pink Rose, Holiday Bellini and Champagne Punch! And yes, folks, we will taste some of these lovely concoctions. Did you think we wouldn’t? Oh c’mon! If that’s not enough fun, Bruce wants to play a little game called “Name That Mystery Drink” which ought to be entertaining to say the least! We can’t very well have a whole lot of toasting without some nibbles, so Bruce will provide some lovely appetizers and delectable desserts to enjoy throughout the evening (and yes, we’ll share those recipes with you tonight, too!) This is a demonstration class with no hands-on participation.

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 21 years old as of the class date.  
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
