Summer Ceramic Workshop -11-17 yrs old

** This workshop runs for 2 weeks- must be able to attend all of the days to complete projects.   
Ages  11-17 yrs from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Dates: Starts   July 8th-19th or August 12th-August 23rd

Description:

Hand-building/Intro to the Wheel
For the two weeks students will learn all the basic concepts of clay hand-building from pinch pots, coil work, combination coil/slab, to slab building boxes with working lids and finally an introduction to wheel throwing. time is needed for pieces to dry and glaze. ALL pieces made will be glazed finished and fired*. (* may have to come back to pick up some pieces)

What to bring: We provide everything needed to complete your art projects.You will also need old towel for wheel throwing.Feel free to bring a water bottle, and a snack each day. No food will be provided. Please PICK UP on time to avoid confusion and fees. Late fee of $ 15 for each 5 mins.  Minimum required for workshop to run is 3.
