Pies aren’t as tricky as you think and our recipe for a classic chicken pot pie will become a family weeknight favorite in no time. We will mix the all-butter crust, make the filling, roll out the crust, then shape and bake our personal pot pies. We’ll eat pot pies for dinner and you’ll take some home with you too! We’ll talk about the tools needed to bake pies, buying great ingredients, how to troubleshoot pie problems, and discuss variations for our base recipe.
