Class Experience:
Art Exploration = process art + curriculum focus + magical fun!
This class is designed for early, elementary-aged artists and home school families looking to develop basic art concepts, techniques and fundamentals!
Each class introduces interesting art history or famous artist facts along with various art mediums specifically chosen to build a solid foundation in art elements and principles. Concepts are open ended and artists are allowed to explore this information however they would like! This is the perfect class to inspire every artist's imagination, encourage their confidence, and express themselves. Your child will expand their art concept knowledge (think shape, form, perspective, art history, etc.) while also practicing how to discuss art.
Each class is offered independently, but they are designed to build off of each other in the full, 9 week semester. If possible, we strongly encourage you to enroll for the full semester. At the end of the semester, we will highlight their work with an open exhibit at the studio for their families and the community to enjoy.
