Learn how to make your own ceramic gnome! After you get the basic shape down, have fun personalizing the gnome to make it uniquely yours. As you work, you will learn various handbuilding techniques with clay. No experience necessary for this beginner-friendly class. Kristin Streilein will teach this workshop. $40 includes all materials to make 1-2 gnomes ($30 for members). Open to ages 12 and up (ages 12-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult). November 23, 2-4 pm.
Creations will not be glazed (painted) during this class, but you can come back during our Clay Studio Night in December or January to glaze your creations (registration for Clay Studio Night required). Clay Studio Night usually happens on the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month. Fee for workshop includes glazing during Clay Studio Night.
