In this two day class you will learn the fundamentals to create your very own three-tiered celebration cake. Attendees will bake, assemble, and stack their cakes and learn about support structures, such as dowels and cake straws. Students will decorate their cakes with a variety of techniques to match any chosen theme, such as piping flowers and borders.
Attendees prepare everything from scratch, including cake, filling, and buttercream.
